MINTA D. BRANHAM, PBC, SBA, MEA
Minta Branham brings to Jordan-Crandus, P.A. an impressive 20-year career in banking, commercial lending, and small business financing. After gaining initial experience in the banking industry and then earning a master's degree in business management, Minta worked as an executive in finance and administration with Storer Communications, lnc. a venture capital subsidiary. Her next position was as vice president and manager at Perpetual Bank in McLean, Va., directing business loans and managing loan portfolios. Her growing expertise and interests eventually led her to the field of small business loans and a position as vice president and chief loan officer for the Neighborhood Capital Corporation where she worked in finding alternative financing sources for commercial businesses in low income communities. This line of specialization continued at Central Fidelity National Bank in Vienna, VA where she served as vice president of the professional banking division, originating loans to small business. Minta's latest position was as regional account manager for CIT Small Business Lending, an organization operating in the metropolitan area that focuses on small business loans, including Small Business Administration-guaranteed loans. In addition to her strong background in loans and finance, Minta is also experienced in the fields of commercial real estate, business acquisition and construction financing. Her considerable, combined skills make her a valuable asset to Jordan-Crandus, P.A. services.

FUAD G. FARAH
Degrees in Architecture and Urban Planning from the American University of Beirut led Fuad to the field of international trade of office furniture. His success in that endeavor allowed him to leave it and start a new career in the restaurant business which does not require the extensive travel in international trade. Farah now owns 4 restaurants in the metro Washington, D.C. area and previously owned restaurants in California. His Jordan-Crandus, P.A. practice is limited to restaurants and international trade.

PAUL J. JANG
Mgr. Retail Sect.:  B.S. Law from Korea University.  Additional studies in hotel and restaurant management at Northern VA Community College.  Paul was a loan office manager at Cho Heung Bank and is an experienced restaurant owner and manager. With Jordan-Crandus Paul specializes in the retail sector where he has extensive experience.  He is also a licensed realtor in Virginia.

MARK L. ROSENBERG, ESQ.
After receiving his law degree from Harvard and a Master of Laws from Georgetown University's Law Center Mark joined the Federal Trade Commission as a Antitrust Prosecutor. He was latter promoted to Deputy Assistant General Counsel and then went into private practice. Feeding his interest in child care he opened child care centers in the metro Washington area and became active in various child care organizations. He is currently active with the National Child Care Association, the National Early Childhood Program Accreditation Commission and now serves a president of the Maryland Child Care Association.
